Booking the work for the Rendezvous
Windshield repair for the Buick Rendezvous: tell us about the car, and a person replies with a price and a time. A small chip in the windshield can often be repaired before it spreads into a crack.
Your Rendezvous, up close
If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. A bigger body means more surface to work on, which shows in the time. If the car has open recalls, a dealer fixes them; ask about them while the car is off the road.
Getting a price
If the job turns out larger, we ask you before doing more. Ask anything about the work in the request. You can add a rental to the same request.
Need a car meanwhile?
We bring the rental to you and collect it later. Add a rental to the same request as the work. Delivery starts at $0 plus distance; collecting the car yourself is free.
How long it takes
We give you a time with the quote, so you can plan a rental for the right number of days. If the car must stay overnight, we tell you before it comes in.
After the work
A quick wipe of bird droppings and sap stops them from marking the paint. Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks.
A few things first
Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one.
How the price is set
The condition of the car matters too; heavy dirt, deep scratches or rust take longer. A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly. Photos let us give a closer price before we see the car in person.
