Your Geo Tracker: the work
For windshield repair on the Geo Tracker, it starts with a short request: what it needs and when. A small chip in the windshield can often be repaired before it spreads into a crack.
Size and finish
If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next. If the car has open recalls, a dealer fixes them; ask about them while the car is off the road.
Getting a price
We confirm the price and the time with you before any work. A person reads your request and replies with the next step. Tell us when the car is free and whether you can drop it off.
Keep driving meanwhile
While it is repaired, rent from us: an insurance replacement rental when the repair is a claim your adjuster approves, or at our usual rates. Keep driving: rent from us while the work is done. Delivery covers the Toronto area, priced by distance in your offer; pickup from us is free.
Aftercare
A repaired chip should not spread, but have any new crack looked at early. Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels.
A few things first
Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Ask any question you have before the work starts.
Planning around the work
Pick-up time is confirmed when the work is finished. Weather and curing times can change the schedule for some work.
How the price is set
For repairs, the price depends on the parts, the paint and the hours of work. Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one. Simple jobs cost less; we tell you if a smaller job would do.
