Booking the work for the LS
Your 2005 Lexus LS needs windshield repair? Send the details, and we reply within one business day. A small chip in the windshield can often be repaired before it spreads into a crack.
About your LS
We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. As a large sedan, it is a straightforward size for this work. Keep the repair invoice with the car's records.
From request to appointment
Send a few photos and the year and trim; that is enough for a first price. Your quote is for your car, not a general price list. Tell us when the car is free and whether you can drop it off.
A car while yours is in
While it is repaired, rent from us: an insurance replacement rental when the repair is a claim your adjuster approves, or at our usual rates. Add a rental to the same request as the work. The handover is in person, at your address or at our location.
Planning around the work
Most small jobs fit within a day; larger ones are booked over several days. Tell us the date you need the car back, and we say whether it is realistic.
Keeping it that way
Hand washing is gentler than automatic brushes on any finish. A repaired chip should not spread, but have any new crack looked at early.
What affects the price
We quote your car, not an average car, so the price fits the job. We price the job before we start, never after. Larger vehicles take more product and more hours, so they cost more.
What to bring
Bring the claim number and your adjuster's details if the repair is a claim. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Photos of the damage taken at the scene help with the repair and the claim.
