Your SC and windshield repair
Your 2001 Lexus SC and windshield repair: what to send us, what it involves, and a car to drive meanwhile. A small chip in the windshield can often be repaired before it spreads into a crack.
Size and finish
We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. Keep the repair invoice with the car's records.
The request
Tell us when the car is free and whether you can drop it off. Tell us whether you can drop the car off or need it collected. We confirm the price and the time with you before any work.
Your car is in; you are not stuck
A rental by the day covers the time your car is in. We collect the rental when your car is ready. We deliver around Toronto; pickup at our location is free.
Why prices differ
A quote from us is free and comes with no obligation. We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear. A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly.
Timing
We call or write when the car is ready, and you collect it or we arrange the handover. If you need the car back by a date, say so and we plan for it.
A few things first
Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Ask any question you have before the work starts.
Looking after it afterwards
A quick wipe of bird droppings and sap stops them from marking the paint. If anything about the work looks wrong after you collect the car, tell us.
One more step
A person reads your request and replies with a price and a time.
Request windshield repair
Tell us when suits you; we reply within one business day with a time and a price.
