What your car means for the work
If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. If the car has open recalls, a dealer fixes them; ask about them while the car is off the road.
Your request
Send the year, the trim and what you want done; photos make the price more accurate. If the job turns out larger, we ask you before doing more. We reply within one business day with a time and a price.
A rental while we work
Pick the rental from our fleet; delivery is priced in the offer. Rent by the day while your car is in, delivered to you. Delivery starts at $75 plus distance; collecting the car yourself is free.
Getting the car ready
Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Bring the claim number and your adjuster's details if the repair is a claim. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day.
How long you are without it
We give you a time with the quote, so you can plan a rental for the right number of days. Parts on order can add days to a repair; we tell you when that happens.
What goes into a quote
We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear. We quote your car, not an average car, so the price fits the job. Paint colours with pearl or metallic finishes can take more work to match.
Looking after it afterwards
Regular washes in winter help keep road salt from attacking the paint. Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car.
