An insurance replacement rental while it is repaired
Your car is in the shop; you keep driving. We deliver a rental to you, by the day, and bill your insurer when the claim covers it.
Rivian models
Your Rivian: the work
Book windshield repair for the Rivian with a short request, and rent a car while yours is in. A small chip in the windshield can often be repaired before it spreads into a crack.
The car itself
If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. Premium cars often have more trim and sensors to work around; mention any options in your request. If the car has open recalls, a dealer fixes them; ask about them while the car is off the road.
What happens after you ask
Tell us whether you can drop the car off or need it collected. Your quote is for your car, not a general price list. Nothing is booked until you agree to the price and the time.
Keep your week on track
While it is repaired, rent from us: an insurance replacement rental when the repair is a claim your adjuster approves, or at our usual rates. Keep driving: rent from us while the work is done. Delivery is priced by distance in your offer, and pickup from us is free.
Looking after it afterwards
Ask us how to care for the work when you collect the car. A repaired chip should not spread, but have any new crack looked at early.
Pricing, plainly
We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear. Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one. A quote from us is free and comes with no obligation.
Before you drop the car off
Ask any question you have before the work starts. If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one.
How long you are without it
If you need the car back by a date, say so and we plan for it. Bigger jobs are booked in a few days ahead; small ones can often be fitted in sooner.
