Winter tires for the Dodge Ram: the work is done by a shop we trust, never by CarmaCars. Tires are swapped, balanced and checked for wear, and the shop sets its own price and time.
Your Ram and the shop
The shop may ask for the VIN to order the right parts. Tell the shop about any warning light or sound you have noticed. Your owner's manual lists the maintenance schedule for the Ram.
Who does what
Send a request with the car and what it needs; a person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one. We pass your request to a trusted shop or give you its name. You agree everything with the shop before work begins.
A rental while you wait
We deliver the rental to you and collect it when your car is ready. If the repair runs long, keep the rental longer. The handover is in person, at your address or at our location.
Car care, briefly
Check the tire pressure once a month, when the tires are cold. If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires. Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due.
Before the shop starts
Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare.
