Winter tires: how we help
Need a winter tire change for the 2012 Lexus LFA? We arrange it with a trusted shop; the work is never done by CarmaCars. Storing your off-season tires is often something the shop can arrange.
Details the shop needs
Mention the trim and engine in your request; parts differ between them. Bring the owner's manual or service records if you have them. Note the mileage on the odometer when you send the request. It is powered by the 4.8L 10-cylinder, with rear-wheel drive.
How we help
We do not set the shop's price or promise a date. Send a request with the car and what it needs; a person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one. The shop quotes the job; you approve it before any work.
A car while yours is in the shop
We deliver the rental to you and collect it when your car is ready. Rent by the day or the week, and stop when your car is back. Collect the car at our location for free, or have it delivered.
Getting a clear quote
Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you.
Good habits for your car
Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can. Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance. Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow.
Still deciding?
Tell us the job and the car, and a person replies.
Request winter tires
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
