Battery Boost in Universal, TX

Getting it done

CarmaCars works in the Toronto area, about 2,309 km from Universal, and does not do this work itself. In short: A boost for a dead battery, by a roadside service we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Lights left on overnight are the classic reason for a flat battery.

How the arrangement works

A person replies within one business day. If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop. We pass your details to a trusted shop or give you its name, as you prefer. The shop quotes the work itself; we do not add to its price.

Before the shop starts

Ask for a written estimate before any work starts. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back.

Between shop visits

Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt. Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old.

Our area, and Universal

We are based in Toronto; Universal is not somewhere we have a location. Universal is about 2,309 km from our location, and our delivery area is about 250 km.

If we do not know a shop in Universal, we say so rather than guess. For work in Universal, ask in a request and we tell you honestly whether we know a shop there. Ask us about Universal in a request; a person answers honestly. Rates on this site are in Canadian dollars, before tax.

Over to you

One request: the job, the car, and whether you need a rental meanwhile.
