Engine Repair in Universal, TX

Getting it done

We arrange engine work through shops in the Toronto area. We have no location in Universal. Plainly: Engine repair, from a leak to a rebuild, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Engine work ranges from a leak to a rebuild; the shop inspects the car and quotes it.

How we help

Tell us when suits you and whether the car can be driven. A person replies within one business day. We pass your details to a trusted shop or give you its name, as you prefer. Mention any warning lights or sounds; it helps the shop prepare.

A short checklist

Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it. Ask for a written estimate before any work starts. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back.

Small things that help

If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires. Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow. Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance.
