The rental is booked with us, separate from the shop's bill. The rental is priced like any other: by the day, the week or the month. Collecting it from us in Toronto is free.

Talking to the shop

If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare.

Small things that help

Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance. Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive. Keep the fuel tank above a quarter in winter.
