Engine Repair in Utopia

Engine Repair near Utopia

If your car needs engine work, send a request: we find a trusted shop for it and keep you moving with a rental. What this is: Engine repair, from a leak to a rebuild, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Engine work ranges from a leak to a rebuild; the shop inspects the car and quotes it.

How we help

Tell us what you notice: the noise, the light on the dash, or the job you want done. The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work. We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair. We can deliver a rental car to you while yours is at the shop.

A car while yours is in the shop

We can have the rental ready the day your car goes in. Rent the size of car you need for the days the repair takes. Collecting it from us in Toronto is free.

Questions to ask the shop

Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it.

Between shop visits

Check that all lights work every few weeks. Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can. Keep the fuel tank above a quarter in winter.
