Car Diagnostics in Blocker, FL

Car Diagnostics: how we help

CarmaCars arranges mechanical work through shops around Toronto and does not do the work itself; Blocker is about 1,529 km away. A diagnostic scan when a warning light is on or something feels wrong, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. A steady check engine light needs a check soon; a flashing one means pull over safely and get help.

From request to repair

We can suggest a shop that suits the job and your location. We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in. We tell you plainly when we do not know a shop for the job. Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive.

Talking to the shop

Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree. Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for.

Between shop visits

Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt. Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell. Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for.
