Arranging the work in Florida
For a diagnostic check in Florida, know first that CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works in the Toronto area. Plainly: A diagnostic scan when a warning light is on or something feels wrong, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. A steady check engine light needs a check soon; a flashing one means pull over safely and get help.
How the arrangement works
A person replies within one business day. We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in. Tell us when suits you and whether the car can be driven. You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental.
A car while yours is in the shop
A rental keeps the school run and the commute on track. Choose a car that suits your week; delivery is priced in the offer. Skip the delivery fee by picking the car up from us.
Car care, briefly
Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months. Do not ignore a warning light; an early check often costs less than a late repair. Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule.
A short checklist
Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. Ask for a written estimate before any work starts. Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history.
Next step
Tell us what is wrong with the car, and we arrange the rest with a trusted shop.
