Getting it done
We arrange a tow through shops in the Toronto area. We have no location in Florida. The job: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. If the car is blocking traffic, stay safe first and call for help.
What to send us
We tell you plainly when we do not know a shop for the job. If you already have a shop you trust, we can still rent you a car meanwhile. We pass your details to a trusted shop or give you its name, as you prefer. We do not set the shop's price or promise a date; the shop does, after it sees the car.
Stay on the road
When the shop is done, we collect the rental from you. A rental keeps the school run and the commute on track. Collecting it in person at our location is always free of charge.
Good habits for your car
Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring. If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires. Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive.
Questions to ask the shop
Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept.
