Car Diagnostics in Capps Corner, TX

Car Diagnostics in Capps Corner

We do not do mechanical work, and we work in the Toronto area, far from Capps Corner. Plainly: A diagnostic scan when a warning light is on or something feels wrong, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. A warning light is the car asking for a diagnostic scan; the code tells the shop where to look.

The steps

We do not set the shop's price or promise a date; the shop does, after it sees the car. We tell you plainly when we do not know a shop for the job. You approve the shop's quote before any work begins. Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive.

Before the shop starts

Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour.

Good habits for your car

Check that all lights work every few weeks. Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring. Check the tire pressure once a month, when the tires are cold.
