Towing in Capps Corner, TX

Getting it done

CarmaCars works in the Toronto area, about 1,923 km from Capps Corner, and does not do this work itself. A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.

How we help

The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work. We do not set the shop's price or promise a date; the shop does, after it sees the car. A person replies within one business day. A person reads every request and replies with the next step.

Small things that help

If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires. Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule. Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell.

Talking to the shop

Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used.
