Car Diagnostics near El Capulín

If you need a diagnostic check in El Capulín: CarmaCars does not do this work itself, and our network is around Toronto. The job: A diagnostic scan when a warning light is on or something feels wrong, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. A warning light is the car asking for a diagnostic scan; the code tells the shop where to look.

What to send us

Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive. If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop. We tell you plainly when we do not know a shop for the job. We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in.

Questions to ask the shop

Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up.

Car care, briefly

If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires. Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule. Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for.
