Towing in El Capulín, State of Mexico

Getting it done

If you need a tow in El Capulín: CarmaCars does not do this work itself, and our network is around Toronto. In short: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.

What to send us

Your request reaches a person, not a machine. We pass your details to a trusted shop or give you its name, as you prefer. If you already have a shop you trust, we can still rent you a car meanwhile. Give us the make, model and year, and a phone number for the shop to reach you.

Talking to the shop

Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree. If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it. Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for.

Small things that help

Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow. Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Check that all lights work every few weeks.
