Car Diagnostics in Exeter, BC

Arranging the work in Exeter

We arrange a diagnostic check through shops in the Toronto area. We have no location in Exeter. In short: A diagnostic scan when a warning light is on or something feels wrong, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. A warning light is the car asking for a diagnostic scan; the code tells the shop where to look.

Our part and the shop's part

If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop. Mention any warning lights or sounds; it helps the shop prepare. Your request reaches a person, not a machine. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us.

Small things that help

Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance. Keep the fuel tank above a quarter in winter. Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow.

A short checklist

Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history.
