Car Diagnostics in Farmbrook, Columbus

Car Diagnostics in Farmbrook

We do not do mechanical work, and we work in the Toronto area, far from Farmbrook. What it involves: A diagnostic scan when a warning light is on or something feels wrong, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. A steady check engine light needs a check soon; a flashing one means pull over safely and get help.

What we arrange

We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair. We can suggest a shop that suits the job and your location. Your request reaches a person, not a machine. If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop.

Good habits for your car

Check that all lights work every few weeks. Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months.

A short checklist

If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Ask for a written estimate before any work starts. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare.
