Car Diagnostics in Intervale, ME

Car Diagnostics in Intervale

CarmaCars arranges mechanical work through shops around Toronto and does not do the work itself; Intervale is about 722 km away. Plainly: A diagnostic scan when a warning light is on or something feels wrong, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. A warning light is the car asking for a diagnostic scan; the code tells the shop where to look.

What we arrange

We tell you plainly when we do not know a shop for the job. The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work. The shop quotes the work itself; we do not add to its price. Mention any warning lights or sounds; it helps the shop prepare.

Car care, briefly

Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring. If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires. Do not ignore a warning light; an early check often costs less than a late repair.

Getting a clear quote

Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back.
