Car Diagnostics in Mesic, NC

Getting it done

We arrange a diagnostic check through shops in the Toronto area. We have no location in Mesic. What it involves: A diagnostic scan when a warning light is on or something feels wrong, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. A warning light is the car asking for a diagnostic scan; the code tells the shop where to look.

How the arrangement works

Tell us when suits you and whether the car can be driven. The shop quotes the work itself; we do not add to its price. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. We tell you plainly when we do not know a shop for the job.

What to ask

Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour.

Car care, briefly

If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires. Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt. Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old.
