Car Diagnostics in Middlesex, NB

Getting it done

CarmaCars works in the Toronto area, about 1,148 km from Middlesex, and does not do this work itself. In short: A diagnostic scan when a warning light is on or something feels wrong, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. A warning light is the car asking for a diagnostic scan; the code tells the shop where to look.

What we arrange

We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair. Send a request with the car and what it needs. A person replies and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one. We pass your details to a trusted shop or give you its name, as you prefer. The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work.

Getting a clear quote

Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected.

Small things that help

Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule. Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance. Do not ignore a warning light; an early check often costs less than a late repair.
