Car Diagnostics in Offset, TN

Car Diagnostics for Offset

If you need a diagnostic check in Offset: CarmaCars does not do this work itself, and our network is around Toronto. What it involves: A diagnostic scan when a warning light is on or something feels wrong, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. A warning light is the car asking for a diagnostic scan; the code tells the shop where to look.

From request to repair

We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in. A person replies within one business day. You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental. If you already have a shop you trust, we can still rent you a car meanwhile.

Questions to ask the shop

If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you.

Between shop visits

Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell. Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for. Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance.
