Engine Repair near Offset

If you need engine work in Offset: CarmaCars does not do this work itself, and our network is around Toronto. Engine repair, from a leak to a rebuild, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Engine work ranges from a leak to a rebuild; the shop inspects the car and quotes it.

From request to repair

We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in. Tell us what you notice: the noise, the light on the dash, or the job you want done. We pass your details to a trusted shop or give you its name, as you prefer. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us.

Car care, briefly

If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires. Keep the fuel tank above a quarter in winter. Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring.

Getting a clear quote

If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree.
