Car Diagnostics in Pineview, Edmonton

Car Diagnostics: how we help

We do not do mechanical work, and we work in the Toronto area, far from Pineview. Plainly: A diagnostic scan when a warning light is on or something feels wrong, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. A steady check engine light needs a check soon; a flashing one means pull over safely and get help.

Who does what

The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. Your request reaches a person, not a machine. A person replies within one business day. Mention any warning lights or sounds; it helps the shop prepare.

Between shop visits

Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old. Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can. Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive.

Talking to the shop

Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you.
