Car Diagnostics in Sofia, NM

Car Diagnostics: how we help

We arrange a diagnostic check through shops in the Toronto area. We have no location in Sofia. The job: A diagnostic scan when a warning light is on or something feels wrong, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. A warning light is the car asking for a diagnostic scan; the code tells the shop where to look.

What to send us

You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work. Tell us what you notice: the noise, the light on the dash, or the job you want done.

Car care, briefly

Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can. Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow. Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive.

Talking to the shop

Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate.

Our area, and Sofia

CarmaCars operates from a single location in Toronto, so Sofia is outside our area. We cover about 250 km around Toronto; at about 2,231 km, Sofia is outside that.
