Who rents from us

People whose plans changed and need a car on short notice. Locals who do not keep a car in the city but need one now and then.

Worth knowing

When your adjuster approves a rental, we can bill your insurance company directly, and we deliver the car to you. If the claim is not approved, the car's usual rate applies, shown on its page. Questions are answered by people who know the cars. Requests are read in order and answered by a person.

What we ask of drivers

The minimum age is 18, and the licence must be an Ontario G2 or G, valid for the whole trip. Drivers under 26 can rent with a young driver fee each day. Bring a card in your name; a card in someone else's name cannot be used.

Before the keys change hands, one of three options must be in place for the car: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Deposits differ by car. Each car's page shows its amount. Each extra driver is checked the same way and signs the rental agreement.

Booking, step by step

Send the request with your dates first; no money changes hands at that stage. We look at the request and send back an offer with the price for your exact dates. If it suits you, approve it and pay. Until then, nothing is charged.

Compare cars side by side by opening their pages. From one day to 365, a single booking covers it. Requests need at least 2 hours of notice before the pickup time.
