Car Diagnostics in Sunset Point, FL

Car Diagnostics in Sunset Point

If you need a diagnostic check in Sunset Point: CarmaCars does not do this work itself, and our network is around Toronto. The job: A diagnostic scan when a warning light is on or something feels wrong, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. A steady check engine light needs a check soon; a flashing one means pull over safely and get help.

What to send us

You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental. We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair. We do not set the shop's price or promise a date; the shop does, after it sees the car. Give us the make, model and year, and a phone number for the shop to reach you.

What to ask

If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up.

Between shop visits

Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months. Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due. Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance.
