Car Diagnostics in Viewmount, NS

Car Diagnostics: how we help

For a diagnostic check in Viewmount, know first that CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works in the Toronto area. What this is: A diagnostic scan when a warning light is on or something feels wrong, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. A warning light is the car asking for a diagnostic scan; the code tells the shop where to look.

The steps

The shop quotes the work itself; we do not add to its price. We pass your details to a trusted shop or give you its name, as you prefer. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. A person replies within one business day.

Between shop visits

Keep the fuel tank above a quarter in winter. Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can. Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter.

Talking to the shop

If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. Ask for a written estimate before any work starts.

Renting from Toronto
