Wheel Alignment in Viewmount, NS

Arranging the work in Viewmount

CarmaCars works in the Toronto area, about 1,157 km from Viewmount, and does not do this work itself. What it involves: Wheels aligned so the car drives straight and the tires wear evenly, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. A crooked steering wheel on a straight road is a common sign the alignment is off.

What to send us

You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental. Send a request with the car and what it needs. A person replies and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one. Tell us what you notice: the noise, the light on the dash, or the job you want done. Mention any warning lights or sounds; it helps the shop prepare.

Questions to ask the shop

Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back.

Good habits for your car

Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow. Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months. Keep the fuel tank above a quarter in winter.
