Car Inspection in Devon, CA

Getting it done

We do not do mechanical work, and we work in the Toronto area, far from Devon. Plainly: A mechanical inspection, for example before you buy a used car, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. An inspection before you buy a used car can save you from an expensive surprise.

What we arrange

Send a request with the car and what it needs. A person replies and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work. The shop quotes the work itself; we do not add to its price.

Good habits for your car

Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt. Do not ignore a warning light; an early check often costs less than a late repair. Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can.

What to ask

If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate.

Where we deliver

CarmaCars has a single location, in Toronto. Devon is outside the area we serve. About 3,645 km from our location in Toronto, Devon is too far for our delivery area of about 250 km.

Planning to bring the car to Toronto? Tell us when, and we arrange the shop. For work in Devon, ask in a request and we tell you honestly whether we know a shop there. Write to us with the dates and the place, and we will give you a straight answer. Prices are in Canadian dollars, and the offer shows the tax.
