Why this way of renting

You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. Rent by the day, the week or the month, with the same simple request each time. Rent by the day, by the week, or up to 365 days at a time. The same team handles your request, your handover and your questions.

How a booking comes together

Requests are free: choose a car, add your dates, and send it. You get an offer that says exactly what the rental costs before tax. If the offer works for you, approve and pay to confirm. If not, you owe nothing.

Each car's calendar shows the days it is already booked. Book one day, one week, or up to 365 days at once. Pickups need at least 2 hours of notice from the time you send the request.

Requirements

The minimum age is 18, and the licence must be an Ontario G2 or G, valid for the whole trip. Young drivers are welcome: a daily fee applies under 26. Your licence and the card you paid with come with you to the pickup.

The CarmaCars Protection Plan is one of three options for damage to the car; the others are OPCF 27 on your policy or a card with rental car benefits. A deposit applies to every rental. It is shown on the car's page and taken about 1 hour before pickup. Each extra driver is checked the same way and signs the rental agreement.
