Car Inspection in Mapleton, OR

Car Inspection: how we help

If you need an inspection in Mapleton: CarmaCars does not do this work itself, and our network is around Toronto. A mechanical inspection, for example before you buy a used car, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. An inspection before you buy a used car can save you from an expensive surprise.

Our part and the shop's part

We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive. The shop quotes the work itself; we do not add to its price.

Between shop visits

Look at the tire tread before long trips. Check the tire pressure once a month, when the tires are cold. Check that all lights work every few weeks.

Talking to the shop

Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice.
