From request to appointment
A person replies with a price and a time, and you decide. Tell us where the car is parked if it cannot be driven. You approve the price before we start. Mention the year and trim so we price the right size of car.
Planning around the work
Book a little ahead for larger jobs; small ones can be quicker to schedule. We keep you posted if the timing changes. You can plan the rental for the same number of days as the work.
Looking after it afterwards
Hand washing is gentler than automatic brushes on any finish. A quick wipe of bird droppings and sap stops them from marking the paint.
What to bring
Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one.
What affects the price
If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part. Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one. The condition of the car matters too; heavy dirt, deep scratches or rust take longer.
Honest about distance
CarmaCars operates from a single location in Toronto, so Kellerman is outside our area. With Kellerman about 1,351 km from Toronto, it is outside the 250 km we cover.
