Emissions Test in Capleton, QC

Emissions Test in Capleton

We arrange an emissions test through shops in the Toronto area. We have no location in Capleton. Plainly: An emissions test or emissions repair where your province or state requires one, by a licensed shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Rules on emissions testing differ by province and state.

The steps

If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop. You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental. We pass your details to a trusted shop or give you its name, as you prefer. We do not set the shop's price or promise a date; the shop does, after it sees the car.

What to ask

Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there.

Between shop visits

Check that all lights work every few weeks. Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can.
