What to send us

Tell us when suits you and whether the car can be driven. We can suggest a shop that suits the job and your location. A person replies within one business day. Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive.

Between shop visits

Do not ignore a warning light; an early check often costs less than a late repair. Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule. Check the tire pressure once a month, when the tires are cold.

A short checklist

Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour.
