How the request works

Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive. Tell us what you notice: the noise, the light on the dash, or the job you want done. Tell us when suits you and whether the car can be driven. We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair.

Good habits for your car

Look at the tire tread before long trips. Check that all lights work every few weeks. Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive.

Questions to ask the shop

Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back.
