What CarmaCars does here

A person reads every request and replies with the next step. We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in. We tell you plainly when we do not know a shop for the job. We can suggest a shop that suits the job and your location.

Small things that help

Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can. Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule. Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due.

Talking to the shop

Ask for a written estimate before any work starts. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there.
