Emissions Test in Eagle Bluff, BC

Getting it done

We do not do mechanical work, and we work in the Toronto area, far from Eagle Bluff. What it involves: An emissions test or emissions repair where your province or state requires one, by a licensed shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Emissions tests are required in some provinces and states; a licensed shop does the test.

Our part and the shop's part

The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work. Tell us when suits you and whether the car can be driven. We do not set the shop's price or promise a date; the shop does, after it sees the car. A person replies within one business day.

Small things that help

Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can. Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old. Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule.

Talking to the shop

Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for. Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies.
