Emissions Test in Hamricks Corner, OR

Arranging the work in Hamricks Corner

We do not do mechanical work, and we work in the Toronto area, far from Hamricks Corner. What this is: An emissions test or emissions repair where your province or state requires one, by a licensed shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Rules on emissions testing differ by province and state.

How the request works

We pass your details to a trusted shop or give you its name, as you prefer. We can suggest a shop that suits the job and your location. We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in. The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work.

Talking to the shop

Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up.

Between shop visits

Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can. Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old. Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow.

Before you plan around us

Our only location is in Toronto; Hamricks Corner is outside the area we serve. At about 3,408 km from our location in Toronto, Hamricks Corner is past the 250 km our delivery covers.

If the car can come to the Toronto area, we can arrange a trusted shop there. For work in Hamricks Corner, ask in a request and we tell you honestly whether we know a shop there.
