Emissions Test in Leclair, QC

Emissions Test near Leclair

CarmaCars works in the Toronto area, about 315 km from Leclair, and does not do this work itself. The job: An emissions test or emissions repair where your province or state requires one, by a licensed shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Emissions tests are required in some provinces and states; a licensed shop does the test.

The steps

You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental. If you already have a shop you trust, we can still rent you a car meanwhile. Tell us when suits you and whether the car can be driven. We pass your details to a trusted shop or give you its name, as you prefer.

Between shop visits

Look at the tire tread before long trips. Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter.

Getting a clear quote

Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour.
