Emissions Test in Lund, BC

Getting it done

If you need an emissions test in Lund: CarmaCars does not do this work itself, and our network is around Toronto. What this is: An emissions test or emissions repair where your province or state requires one, by a licensed shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Rules on emissions testing differ by province and state.

The steps

The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. Tell us what you notice: the noise, the light on the dash, or the job you want done. The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work. We do not set the shop's price or promise a date; the shop does, after it sees the car.

Car care, briefly

Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule. Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring. Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive.

Before the shop starts

Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used.
