Emissions Test in Lyons, TX

Emissions Test for Lyons

We arrange an emissions test through shops in the Toronto area. We have no location in Lyons. The job: An emissions test or emissions repair where your province or state requires one, by a licensed shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Rules on emissions testing differ by province and state.

From request to repair

Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental. We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in.

What to ask

Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used.

Car care, briefly

Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell. Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for. Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due.
