What to send us

Tell us when suits you and whether the car can be driven. Your request reaches a person, not a machine. We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in. Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive.

Before the shop starts

If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate.

Between shop visits

Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can. Keep the fuel tank above a quarter in winter. Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive.
