Emissions Test in Windthorst, SK

Emissions Test: how we help

We arrange an emissions test through shops in the Toronto area. We have no location in Windthorst. What this is: An emissions test or emissions repair where your province or state requires one, by a licensed shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Emissions tests are required in some provinces and states; a licensed shop does the test.

What to send us

The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. Tell us when suits you and whether the car can be driven. The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work. We do not set the shop's price or promise a date; the shop does, after it sees the car.

What to ask

Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used. Ask for a written estimate before any work starts. Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree.

Good habits for your car

Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter. Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring. Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old.
