Engine Repair in Comet, NC

Engine Repair: how we help

For engine work in Comet, know first that CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works in the Toronto area. In short: Engine repair, from a leak to a rebuild, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Engine work ranges from a leak to a rebuild; the shop inspects the car and quotes it.

Who does what

We do not set the shop's price or promise a date; the shop does, after it sees the car. We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair. A person reads every request and replies with the next step. Send a request with the car and what it needs. A person replies and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one.

Between shop visits

Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive. Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt. Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them.

A short checklist

Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you.
