Engine Repair in Jacobs, MO

Engine Repair for Jacobs

We arrange engine work through shops in the Toronto area. We have no location in Jacobs. What this is: Engine repair, from a leak to a rebuild, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Engine work ranges from a leak to a rebuild; the shop inspects the car and quotes it.

How the request works

The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. Mention any warning lights or sounds; it helps the shop prepare. We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in. Give us the make, model and year, and a phone number for the shop to reach you.

A short checklist

Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour.

Between shop visits

Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt. Check that all lights work every few weeks. Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance.
