Who does what

Tell us when suits you and whether the car can be driven. The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work. We can suggest a shop that suits the job and your location. We pass your details to a trusted shop or give you its name, as you prefer.

A rental while you wait

A rental keeps the school run and the commute on track. We deliver the rental, or you collect it from us for free. If you come to us, the pickup is free.

Talking to the shop

Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour. Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up.

Small things that help

Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for. Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive. Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due.
